Hello to you all. This a character concept developed by me (Alan Cruz) and my freinds CavalleroLS (Werner Linck) and Elvog (Lucas Vogelmann).
It's intended to be an agility-based hero, at Legion's side. Her main function it's to explore the tactical side of the battle, using skills to infiltrate the enemy's territory through stealth, to make terrain recon through revealing skills, to set traps and to finish off wounded enemies using her ultimate.
It's worthy to be said that this is our first HoN character concept ever and could not be tested (due to obvious circunstances). Like I said before, is a character that explores the tactical aspect of the game, so not being noob-friendly. Also, the numbers part is still a rough draft.
We hope that you guys make some constructive criticism here, specially for the numbers and sinergy.

Leader of the Scouts, Sheva was feared for her deadly strikes in the battle field. She was the best at stealth missions. Earned her reputation after lots of successful assassinations, and furtive strikes at the enemy bases. But one day she lost her will to fight, and why she was fighting. So she became a nomad, living by herself in the desert. Until the day, when the Sand Wraiths attacked her home. She came back to the war for vengeance, once again fighting for the legion.
Voice/Body Language: Being a femme fatale, the Assassin has a smooth, sensual, voice. She speaks with determination in her voice, but never speaks out loud, so she will not attract anyone's attention. In some of her phrases, sarcasm can be felt. In terms of body language, she is light as a feather, walking carefully and softly, and fierce like a lioness, striking quickly and with precision.
Stealth (Q) - Costing 4/3/2/1 mana p/s, makes the Assassin invisible as long as she doesn?t attack, use items or other skills, except "Search". When activated, creates a mirage from the Assassin in the current place for 0.5/1/1.5/2 seconds. When attacked, the mirage disappears. Effect by activation. If the effect is cancelled by any actions, a 10 seconds cooldown is applied. If deactivated manually, a 4/3/2/1 sec cooldown is applied.
Search (W) - Reveals stealth units within a 500/600/700/800 units radius during 5 seconds. Doesn't cut the effects of "Stealth". Mana cost: 150. Cooldown: 45 seconds.
Trap (E) - Sets a trap between two trees, which is activated when an enemy unit passes by. Once activated, shoots a dart, poisoning and slowing the target. The poison deals 30/50/70/90 damage per second and slowing for 10/20/30/40% movement speed during 7 seconds. Setting a trap takes a 5/4/3/2 seconds channeling time. 30 seconds cooldown. Can set one trap per skill level.
Ultimate: Assassination (1st idea) (R) - The Assassin stabs the target with her Jambyia in a deadly spot. 5% chance to instantly kill the target [+0.1/0.25/0.5/0.75% chance for each 1% Hps missing in the target]. Can only be used within the effects of "Stealth". 275/350/400/500 mana cost. 45 seconds cooldown. Ultimate: Assassination (2nd idea) (R) - The Assassin dashes towards the target with her arm blade, stabbing it lethally. 5% chance to instantly kill the target [+0.1/0.25/0.5/0.75% chance for each 1% Hps missing in the target]. Can only be used within the effects of "Stealth". 275/350/400/500 mana cost. 45 seconds cooldown. Ultimate: Assassination (3rd idea) (R) - The Assassin jumps towards the target, striking it powerfully with her arm blade, causing a deadly wound. 5% chance to instantly kill the target [+0.1/0.25/0.5/0.75% chance for each 1% Hps missing in the target]. Can only be used within the effects of "Stealth". 275/350/400/500 mana cost. 45 seconds cooldown.

"Search and destroy." "Stealthy." "Taste the kiss of death." "One last wish?" "No one escapes me!" (When using the ultimate) "One hit, one kill." "I'll be your last sight." "I'll find you." (ironiccaly)
